Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive quality management system to meet industry standards and customer expectations Establish and monitor quality objectives, metrics, and key performance indicators to measure and improve overall product and service quality Lead the development and implementation of quality policies, procedures, and work instructions across all departments Conduct internal audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement effective corrective and preventive actions Drive the resolution of customer complaints and implement appropriate measures to prevent recurrence Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to establish and maintain quality assurance standards and processes Provide training and guidance to employees on quality-related topics, ensuring understanding and adherence to quality standards Monitor and analyze quality performance data, prepare reports, and present findings to management for review and decision-making Stay updated with industry trends and developments in quality management practices, regulations, and certifications Recommended Skills Auditing Business Process Improvement Corrective And Preventive Action (Capa) Decision Making Metrics Performance Indicator Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
