Essential Functions:
Field incoming telephone calls and direct accordingly.
Ensure office supplies and office equipment are maintained.
Responsible for filing system maintenance and updating archive catalogues.
Assist in subcontractor prequalification process, ensuring correct contact receives an invitation, provide help-desk support, etc.
Assist Office Manager in Human Resource functions:
Onboarding process, pre-employment testing, project site badging and renewals, obtaining and distributing training credentials, etc.
Provide administrative support for company safety program:
Obtaining and distributing safety training credentials in company database, etc.
Assist Project Managers and Project Engineers with administrative support.
Qualifications:
Proficient in Microsoft Suite of software, project management software, and databases.
Strong verbal and written abilities.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to plan, schedule, keep records, and prepare work reports.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
