Operational Management:
Oversee all aspects of the mobile X-ray operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to optimize processes and enhance productivity.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, quality control standards, and safety protocols.
Monitor operational performance and implement corrective measures when necessary.
Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to maximize operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Maintain a strong focus on quality assurance and continuous improvement, driving initiatives to enhance patient care and customer satisfaction Team Leadership:
