Perform a variety of activites involving standard procedures within the Shipping and Receiving Warehouse department.
Major Position
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to tracking, logging, verifying and reporting received supplies/materials.
Maintain office supplies.
Responsible for receiving incoming materials and/or preparing materials for shipment.
May pack or unpack items and verify quantity; log receipt of items in system; process freight bills, packing sheets and other documents.
Work with Transportation Coordinator to become back-up.
Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
Receiving in supplies/materials Accurate check against system of supplies/materials received Accurately update system when supplies/materials are received Effectively communicate with Buyers and/or Vendors to clear up discrepancies Work closely and effectively with other Materials personnel as well as Receiving Inspection Special projects and other duties as assigned Basic
Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED 3
years of Shipping/Receiving experience Excellent customer service skills as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills Broad knowledge of Microsoft Office products Must be able to lift 50 pounds Must be willing to work flexible hours when needed to support a three shift operation.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
