Pediatric (School Based) Licensed Practical Nurse LPN Covering needs for Scranton, Carbondale, Dunmore, and Moscow area school districts Interim Healthcare services of NEPA is looking for a Pediatric (School Based) Licensed Practical Nurse LPN to monitor overall health of students on a 1:
1 basis.

Job details for the Pediatric (School Based) Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) are as follows:
Salary up to $32 per hour, paid weeklyMonday through Friday between 7:
30 am and 3:
30 pmFull Time hours throughout School YearOFF holidays, summers, weekendsOther opportunities available during time off in home care, group homes, and long term care facilitiesSummer Camp opportunities provided throughout the SummerCompany
Benefits:

Responsibilities of the Pediatric (School Based) Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):
Provide direct care to children with a wide variety of diagnoses, conditions, and diseasesIf needed, assist with ambulation, toileting, feeding, and other physical needs according to students IEPAdminister medications according to established medication administration principles, physician orders and facility policy and proceduresResponsible for early detection of physical problems and health evaluationsRecognize changing conditions and emergency situations, appropriately interveningCollaborate with Clinical Supervisor concerning patients' medical records as needed Minimum Requirements of the Pediatric (School Based) Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):
Licensed Practical Nurse LPN with active, unrestricted license in the state of PennsylvaniaMust have One (1) year of experience in healthcare; home care, home health, hospital, and/or long-term care environment.
Must have one (1) year experience with pediatrics, special needs, behavioral health, and/or mental health.
Must have a reliable form of transportationMust be willing to undergo pre-employment screenings; background checks, drug testing, physical, etc.
