Order Entry Associate
Primary responsibilities include:
Entering orders in our AS400 system
Tracking orders, generating invoices
Processing returns in the system
Entering credit approvals as necessary and securing credit authorization if necessary
Helping to resolve all types of issues with orders
Answering all salesperson, divisional president, and customer inquires
Must have prior order entry and customer service experience. Ability to key data at a high rate of speed with great accuracy. Strong problem solving skills, and able to handle multiple tasks and priorities. Excel experience required.
Experience in EDI (electronic data interchange) a big plus. Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
