Call Center Representative
Full-time opening in a 24/7 call center in Scranton.
Evening shift desired.
Candidate must have strong customer service background, excellent telephone and computer skills, and strong written communication skills.
Previous call center experience a plus.
Representative will provide informed, prompt and accurate service to our members by processing their transactions, answering their questions and explaining the Credit Union's products and services.
