Diagnostic Laboratory Account Executive

Diagnostic laboratory sales continue to be an exciting and challenging position. We are looking for individuals with entrepreneurial spirits who want to develop and grow within our organization and can develop strategies that lead to success. Responsibilities:
As an Account Executive you will be responsible for selling our laboratory's testing services to a variety of health care providers in a designated territory by influencing key decision makers through successful sales presentations. Generating new accounts within your territory and maintaining relationships with current accounts to encourage the growth and maximum volume of business these accounts may produce.
The ideal candidate will meet the following:
o Bachelors degree strongly preferred.
o 1
years of related, successful outside sales or business to business sales experience.
o Laboratory knowledge preferred.
o Build relationships at multiple levels within the account (e.g., physician, office staff).
o Drive sales through pre-call planning, presentations, post-call analysis and follow-up.
o Ideal candidate will have experience selling to Primary Care practice physicians
o Must have experience working independently to successfully managing a sales territory.
o Ability to self-manage time and to prioritize projects is essential.
o Ability to achieve assigned objectives in a timely manner.
o Communicate and collaborate with the Regional Manager on goals.
o Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
o Be energetic and highly motivated sales professional.
o Computer skills are a must.
o Valid Driver's License (Required).
Compensation:
We offer competitive compensation (base salary of $25,800 a year plus uncapped commission with a draw option), vehicle reimbursement ($500 per month) and a comprehensive benefits package including expense package, medical benefits, cell phone, paid vacations and unlimited opportunity for success.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
